Buyer Seagis Property Group purchased the warehouse from AllPlus Computer Systems Corp for $15,600,000. The price equates to $195.00 per square foot.
The deal closed on December 14, 2021.
“The lack of inventory of properties for sale within this size range along with continued demand for e-commerce/distribution centers made it the right time for ALLPLUS Computers to sell,” explained Zuniga. “Large institutional investors still see the Airport West market as a bright spot for long term investments.”
The 1995-built, free-standing facility last sold in February 2007 for $10,825,000.
Zuniga and DiGiacomo negotiated a lease deal on behalf of AllPlus Computer Systems just prior to the sale. The electronics wholesaler and distributer relocated to a 28,000-square-foot space at 2105 NW 102 Ave, also in Doral, and agreed to a 5-year term. The lease deal is valued at $1,825,000.The property was recently renovated by BrookField Properties.
