DiGiacomo Group’s Roger Zuñiga and Steve Di Giacomo negotiated the sale of an industrial facility totaling 54,361 square feet, located at 2101 Northwest 82 Avenue in Doral, Florida.
Badia Spices, Inc., represented by Tom Kimen and Dalton Easton of Easton & Associates, purchased the building from Lagunita Holdings, Inc., for $9,500,000, or $175 per square foot.
The parcels have been purchased for nearly $18 per square foot.Two parcels in the heart of Doral have been purchased for $4,400,000, or nearly $18.00 per square foot.
