Sergio Pino is going “super micro” at Midtown Doral.
In a bid to attract local buyers, the Miami developer is including smaller units in phase two of his mixed-use Doral development. Condos starting at 545 square feet and $229,000 will be included in the project, Pino told The Real Deal.
Shoma Group is planning two new condominium towers at Oasis Park Square Doral, as well as another project on Northwest 36th Street, all aimed at meeting demand for those who want to live in Doral.
Midtown Doral has announced the first two brands that will open in its 100-store retail component.
