Now, his daughter, Ana-Marie Codina Barlick, is leading the family-owned firm back into the warehouse industry with one of South Florida’s largest projects.
Codina Partners and USAA Real Estate broke ground on Building F in Beacon Logistics Park, a Class A industrial park, in the northwest area of Miami-Dade County.
