State Street Realty recently completed an industrial land sale transaction valued at nearly $3.7 million within Beacon Lakes Business Park.
The Class “A” +/-3 acre industrial land site is a prime property situated on NW 17 Street & 127th Avenue adjacent to the Florida Turnpike & Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) within the Miami Airport/Doral submarket.
State Street Realty has leased 55,000 square feet of industrial space to Continental Freight Forwarding, Inc. at Beacon Centre Business Park located within the Miami-Airport West submarket. The deal brings Beacon Centre Building 6, a 98,000-square-foot building within the industrial business Park at 1850 NW 84 Avenue in Doral, to 100% occupied.
State Street Realty, a Miami-based brokerage and advisory firm, completed a 10,000-square-foot industrial lease at 5201 NW 77 Avenue in Miami, within the Miami-Airport West submarket, on behalf of the tenant, Handicapped Driver Services-Florida.
