Buyer Inter Dolphin Property, LLC. purchased the parcel from Rarity Builders, LLC, for $2,675,000.
The deal closed July 31, 2018.

According to a property flyer, the parcel, which is located within International Corporate Park, within minutes from Florida’s Turnpike, State Road 826 and State Road 836, offers approximately 400 feet of frontage on NW 19th Street and allows for up to a 40,000 square foot industrial warehouse.
