Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director Brian Smith and Senior Director Audley Bosch have been named exclusive leasing and sales agents for Prologis Beacon Lakes, a master-planned 478-acre development in the Doral area just west of the Dolphin Mall.
Home to tenants like Ryder Logistics, Panalpina and Bamerica, Beacon Lakes consists of roughly two million square feet of existing Class A warehouse space with entitlements to develop an additional 2.5 million square feet of industrial space in short order. Beacon Lakes also has entitlements for a significant retail component as well as an on-site hotel.
Prologis Beacon Lakes is a large-scale development that stretches from N.W. 25th Street south to N.W. 12th Street and from N.W. 117th Place west to 137th Avenue. There is approximately 200,000 square feet of Class A warehouse space immediately available for lease.
