Labrador Construction acquired a warehouse in Doral for $15 million.
The price equated to $243 per square foot. It last traded for $9 million in 2015. The increase in value demonstrates the strong demand for industrial space in Miami-Dade County.
The 61,750-square-foot industrial building at 8181 N.W. 36th St. was sold by 8181 Doral LLC, managed by Miguel A. Mouriz in Miami, to Labrador Construction, managed by Armando Labrador. The company, which was established in 2019, listed the warehouse as its headquarters on the deed.
The warehouse was developed on the 4.3-acre site in 1974.
County records show Labrador Construction does mostly residential work.
