112,000 Square Feet Of Space Leased In Miami Airport Industrial Submarket

State Street Realty recently closed 112,000 square feet of industrial and office space lease transactions at Prologis Beacon Centre Industrial Park and Prologis MIA Business Center valued at $5.5 million.

The parks are located within the Miami Airport Industrial submarket.

The following transactions were recently completed:

• Pharma-Wholesale Corp. Inc. leased 3,600 square feet of industrial space at 1904 NW 84 Avenue in Doral.  State Street Realty President George Pino, SIOR and Associate Brian Cabielles represented the Landlord, Prologis.

• Church World Service, Inc. leased 8,015 square feet of industrial flex space at 1924 NW 84 Avenue in Doral.  Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord, Prologis.  CBRErepresented the Tenant.

• TSB Miami, LLC leased 18,339 square feet of industrial space at 3411 NW 72 Avenue in Miami.  State Street Realty Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR and Pino represented the Landlord, Prologis.

• Spring of Life Fellowship, Inc. leased 11,561 square feet of industrial flex space at 2029 NW 87 Avenue in Doral.  Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord, Prologis.  Xcellence Realty, Inc. represented the Tenant.

• America-Loving Care Home Health, Inc. leased 4,600 square feet of industrial flex space at 1900 NW 84 Avenue in Doral.  Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord, Prologis.
